iTRIKE 1T
The iTrike 1T attracted the attention at
this year's EICMA, showing once again that there are many small and courageous
new companies that test their ideas on electric scooters. Through
experimentation comes the evolution as known.
The scooter is "squared"
overall and wearing a very interesting design that does not resemble anything
known. Definitely brings light into child's play, while being functional, with
a strong presence of silver metal and plastic pieces, managing to highlight the
industrial design.
The iTrike 1T has a large seat and
appear to have meticulous ergonomics, with large sills, while the central
positioning of the large battery downloads simultaneously and center of
gravity, improving handling.
The steering-suspension system of the
two front wheels are mechanical without electronics. It consists of a link
system and scissors and to set up the scooter upright when parking, just a
common double stands used.
There are small things storage lockers,
USB charging port and LED lights. The engine comes from Bosch - a power unit
1,2 kW - and the battery is lithium ion will need three hours for a full
charge. Its weight is 85 kg iTrike and autonomy reaches 100 kilometers, with a
top speed of 45 km/h.
The original appearance of three-wheeled
scooter will come to the European market since the spring of '16 and its price
will range between 4,000-5,000 euros.
