The DX entry-level version, the Honda City, equipped with the automatic transmission CVT type has suggested price of R$ 65,200. The new option was anticipated by Autos Secrets on 21 May. The DX version also continue to be marketed with a manual five-speed transmission.

Series, the City offers air conditioning (manual versions DX and LX, and digital touchscreen EX and EXL); sound system with Bluetooth, USB and HFT function (Hands Free Telephone); electric drive for door locks, windows and exterior mirrors; EPS electric power steering and steering wheel adjustment height and depth, as well as key type knife with immobilizer.

Made in Brazil, this Japanese sedan received five stars for adult and four stars for children in the rear seat in the Latin NCAP safety tests. It is a structure designed to evenly distribute the energy of an impact, protecting the occupants and dispersing the force transferred to other vehicles involved in the collision.

The City is equipped with engine 1.5 i-VTEC FlexOne up to 116 Hp with manual transmission option of five-speed in DX version and CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission - Continuously Variable Transmission) in all versions.

The engine won the "A" rating in Conpet (test conducted by Inmetro - National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology), both the Relative comparison in the General Category as Absolute comparison.
