Perodua Bezza (Variant)
With the new Perodua Bezza sedan now
open for booking, and official prices already announced, interested buyers will
be eager to know what they will be getting for their money. Therefore, here’s
an overview of the equipment you’ll be getting with each Bezza variant.
Keep in mind that the prices mentioned
here are on-the-road with insurance, and includes a five-year (or 150,000 km)
warranty. Furthermore, both solid and metallic versions of the Bezza go for
exactly the same price. If you’re looking to spruce up your Bezza further,
Perodua is also offering an optional GearUp package to go along with your
purchase.
Pricing for the five variants, are as
follows:
- Standard G (1.0 G manual) – RM 37,300
- Standard G (1.0 G automatic) – RM 39,300
- Premium X (1.3 X manual) – RM 42,800
- Premium X (1.3 X automatic) – RM 44,800
- Advance (1.3 AV automatic) – RM 50,800
Perodua Bezza Standard G
The base G grade Bezza only comes with a
1.0 litre 1KR-VE VVT-i unit (67 hp/91 Nm), with a choice of a five-speed manual
or four-speed automatic transmission. Both the automatic and manual receive the
same equipment.

Perodua Bezza Premium X
Next up the variant tree is the Premium
X, which comes with the 1.3 litre 1NR-VE Dual VVT-i engine (94 hp/121 Nm). Much
like the G grade, it comes with a choice of a five-speed manual or four-speed
automatic. In terms of equipment, the Premium X grade adds on the following.

Finally, we arrive at the range-topping
Advance that shares the same powertrain setup as the Premium X, but can only be
had with a four-speed automatic. The Advance also introduces more equipment on
top of the Advance, such as:

For the personalisation-inclined, Perodua
has revealed pricing for the recently-uncovered Bezza A-segment sedan, the
manufacturer’s first three-box design. In a nutshell, the GearUp kit for the
Bezza includes body kit, seat covers and door trim, with two pre-set packages:
the Dynamic Package and the Stylish Package, and all items listed are available
on all variants of the Bezza. Prices include labour and 6% GST.
The Dynamic body kit comprises front and
rear bumper kits, side skirting and rear spoiler, retailing for RM 2,000 in
Peninsular Malaysia, while the self-explanatory seat covers and door trim cover
pack retails for RM 900 in the Peninsula. The Dynamic package brings together
the aforementioned two sets, the body kit with the seat covers and door trim
for a RM 2,600 list price in Peninsular Malaysia, a saving of RM 300 over the two
a la carte purchases put together.
The Stylish package is made up of the
Dynamic body kit, side door protectors and door visor, retailing at RM 2,265 in
Peninsular Malaysia. Also in the roster but not displayed with the GearUp show
car is the OEM GearUp child seat, which will be available soon.
Buyers looking to commit to a hire
purchase scheme will be glad to know that, upon selection, these packages are
worked into the overall purchase price, instead of requiring up front payment
for the selection of the Bezza’s GearUp accessories.
