Midual Type 1
The midual Type 1 is exposed at the Top Marques Monaco at the Grimaldi
Forum Exhibition April 14 to 17. An event which is not a motorcycle show, but
that is rather heavily loaded with luxury watches, high-end boats and
exceptional cars. For this year 2016, we expect even the presence of James Bond
in person, represented by some of prestigious cars of the famous British agent,
such as Aston Martin DB 10. It is in this universe that seeks to impose its
midual characteristics.
Built around a transverse
flat twin engine crankshaft-shell double-walled cast in one piece in aerospace
alloy, the midual plays in the court of silverware. Sold € 140,000, the Type 1
is the subject of a first series of manufacturing 35 models for which
reservations are ongoing. Unveiled in August 2014 at the Pebble Beach Concours
d'Elegance in California, the type 1 continues for a commercial career a bit at
the margin of the traditional motorcycle middle and tries to seduce the rich
lovers of beautiful objects.
The characteristics of the
engine block of the midual Type 1 are protected by seven patents. All metal,
the type 1 has a very high level of finish that honors the French know-how.
