Rolls Royce Dawn (Bespoke Blue Edition)
Every Rolls-Royce is special,
but this particular one is a dazzling display of the British car maker’s
“Bespoke” program. Like its other counterparts, the Dawn is an exquisite,
free-compromise automobile, according to Rolls at least, who like to call it
“the world’s only true modern four-seater super-luxury drophead.”
It might be reminiscent of the Ghost and
Wraith, but 80 percent of the Dawn’s body panels are unique, and this example’s
striking blue exterior beautifully complements each and every one.
The Dawn sets itself apart from the
competition with the roof, which is said to deliver the silence of a Wraith
when up, making it the quietest convertible car in the world today. Unsurprisingly, since every inch of the car was
crafted with extreme attention to detail.
Take this one, for example, with its
book-matched open-pore veneers on the roof housing deck. Its black-painted
calipers and body-coloured wheel centers prove that no detail is too small when
it comes to the Bespoke division.
Look at the interior. Some
might consider it a little hard on the eye, but the Mandarin palette provides a
bold and enticing contrast to the Bespoke blue exterior, especially the
two-tone steering wheel and Bespoke Rosewood fascia.
The Spirit of Ecstasy is gold-plated and
lit from below, in order to match the vehicle’s exclusivity.
