BMW M6 Coupe by G-Power
G-Power this time with a three-stage performance upgraded aimed
at the M6 Coupe.
Raising the numbers from the stock car's
standard 560 PS and 680 Nm to 650 PS and 830 Nm of torque by altering the mapping control unit of the 4.4-liter
twin-turbo V8 engine, with a choice between the Bi-Tronik 5 power module and
the Bi-Tronik 2 factory ECU remap, Stage One is the most modest offering in the
range.
Squeezing an additional 50 PS on
top of the previous upgrade, up to a total of 700 PS and 905 Nm of torque, means applying the Bi-Tronik 5 V2 conversion, but to fully
enjoy the ultimate proposal, 740 PS and 975 Nm of torque,
means heading for the Bi-Tronik 2 V3. With this amount of horsepower sitting at
its disposal, the M6 Coupe needs 10.5 seconds to cover the 0 to 200 km/h and will keep going all the way up to 325 km/h.
A titanium exhaust system is also part
of the package, providing a 10.5 kg weight loss and a deeper sound
over the standard one, but those looking into a more aggressive design will
have to pay extra for the four 100 mm diameter titanium or carbon tailpipes.
G-Power offers an uprated suspension, while the
final proposal is a set of 21-inch Hurricane RR-forged alloy wheels, shod in
255/30 and 295/25 front and rear tires, respectively.
