Ford F-150 Dallas Cowboys Limited
After more than two decades as the
official vehicle of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, tje F-150 pickup truck will get a
limited edition run of 400 featuring custom logos along the exterior. Aside
from working together with the Cowboys, Ford has also enjoyed lots of success
in Texas, the nation's largest truck market, where the F-150 is a best-seller
in its segment.
Mr. Wood is of course referring to the
Ford Center opening up at The Star - a state-of-the-art training facility with
a 12,000-seat indoor stadium in Frisco, Texas - which will also serve as the
team's corporate headquarters.
The truck itself is basically an F-150
XLT with the Chrome Package (the no.1 volume seller in Texas) painted in
legendary Cowboys-helmet silver.
It comes with Cowboys star badging on
the front doors and tailgate, blue-white-blue rocker panel striping, 20"
chrome wheels with unique Cowboys star center caps, molded heavy-duty cargo bed
mat with Cowboys star logo, laser-etched chrome foot plates with Cowboys word
mark, Cowboys edition logo stitched into the front & rear floor mats, and
finally a "1 of 400" Cowboys edition interior badge autographed by
Jerry Jones - the owner of the football club.
The Dallas Cowboys special edition F-150
is already available for order via select Texas Ford dealers.
