2017 BMW M4 GTS (spyshot)
The facelifted
BMW M4 is set to adopt parts inspired by those of the hardcore GTS.
According to Autocar, the freshened up M4, which has
already been facelifted once, will adopt a new front splitter very similar to
the one of the M4 GTS. Additionally, the model's bonnet will be customized to
include new intakes and a larger bootlid lip spoiler will be fitted.
Other styling changes to the 2017 M4 will include
the adoption of revised headlights and taillights as well as some minor tweaks
to the front and rear bumpers.
Look at the cabin, it could receive even fewer
updated parts than the outside and beyond the possible adoption of some new
trim options, will probably be identical to the current car.
Similarly, few changes are expected to be made to
the sports car's twin-turbo 3.0-liter straight-six engine. With that being
said, power should rise from the current 425 hp to around the 444 hp mark of
the existing M4 Competition Pack. A minor jump in torque can also be expected.
