2017 Kia Picanto
Ferd Facebook page has acquired a spyshot of the
2017 Kia Picanto (2017 Kia Morning) with its front end allegedly undisguised.
This is a first look at the face of the third generation Picanto.
The front fascia is an evolutionary step up from
that of the current model, featuring a hexagonal grille with rounded edges,
wide tiger-nose grille directly flanked by LED headlamps and foglamps with
projector lighting. The third-gen Picanto will retain the profile styling,
while the rear-end has new C-shaped tail lamps.
Reports suggest that the Hyundai i10-based hatchback
is expected with the 65 bhp 1.0-litre three-cylinder and 85 bhp 1.25-litre
four-cylinder petrol engines. Both variants will feature a 5-speed manual
transmission as standard, while an automatic transmission will be optional.
The 2017 Kia Picanto/2017 Kia Morning is reported to
make its world debut in early 2017 and arrive in showrooms later the same year.
