2017 Toyota Sequoia
The Toyota Sequoia has just been updated for the 2017 MY. Starting at US$ 45,460, it comes in three grades: SR5, Limited and Platinum.
The SR5's standard equipment list includes tri-zone
climate control, power tilt-slide moonroof, 8-way power driver's seat,
multi-function tilt/telescoping steering wheel, towing package, fog lamps, roof
rack, running boards, and others.
Opt for the Sequoia Limited and you will enjoy front

10-way power adjustable driver's and 4-way power front passenger's seat (both
heated, too), second- and third-row retractable sunshades, leather-wrapped
steering wheel, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
The range-topping Platinum edition adds Dynamic
Laser Cruise Control, a Blue-Ray rear seat entertainment system with a 9-inch
LCD screen, separate rear seat audio, dual wireless headphones, 12-way power adjustable
driver's seat, power seat memory package, second-row heated seats,
load-leveling air suspension, and Adaptive Variable Suspension, an electronic
damper control system with driver-selectable settings for Comfort, Normal, and
Sport.
Depending on the grade, customers can also get the
6.1-inch touchscreen display, SiriusXM satellite radio, USB, AUX, Bluetooth,
subscription-free Entune App Suite, Entune Premium Audio with 14 speakers,
including a subwoofer, Entune JBL Audio, voice-activated touchscreen, and
rearview camera.
The 2017 Sequoia also sports Toyota's Star Safety
System, which includes, besides the ABS and VSC (Vehicle Stability Control),
has Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Brake Assist, Traction Control, Smart
Stop Technology brake override and, on the 4WD models, an A-TRAC
(Active-Traction Control) instead of the previous (non-active) TRAC all-wheel
drive.
Power comes from a 5.7-liter i-FORCE V8 with 381 HP and 544 Nm of torque. The V8 can produce 90 percent of
torque from as low as 2,200 rpm and enables the Sequoia to tow up to 3,311 kg, depending on the model grade and equipment.
