Alfa Romeo Giulia Station Wagon (render)
According
to Autonews, which cites unnamed sources, Alfa Romeo will launch an estate
version in Europe by next year in order to help boost the model’s sales.
It’s unknown whether the Giulia station wagon will
make it stateside, but it’s clear that the car maker’s most important
marketplace for that particular body style remains Europe, since estates
account for 42 percent of sales in the midsize premium segment.
The model will most likely
sport redesigned taillights, a new rear bumper and a slightly raised roofline.
The rendering shows how a Quadrifoglio Verde would look like. We do hope the
Italians launch such a version; the last time it happened was with the 156 GTA,
and it was great.
