Ducati Multistrada 939
Images published by MoreBikes.co.uk this week
confirm that a Ducati Multistrada 939 does exist.
The Ducati Multistrada 939 was captured naked at an
Italian garage and seems to be a production-ready model. The smaller version
could be lower in height and have a slightly different riding position. The Multistrada 939 has
a double-sided swingarm.
The Multistrada 939 is said to be powered by the 937
cc Testastretta engine from the Ducati SuperSport, Ducati Hypermotard 939 and
Ducati Hyperstrada 939. The British publication sharing the images says that
the engine will be tuned to produce around 158 bhp and 98 Nm of torque in the
new variant. Three riding modes and switchable traction control are among known
features.
The Ducati Multistrada 939 could be brought to India
next year to make the Multistrada more accessible with an affordable pricing.
It would rival the Triumph Tiger 800 and the BMW F 800 GS.
