Hellfire Concept Truck
It may not be the first
Hellcat-powered Ram pickup, but the Hellfire Concept Truck created by Dallas
Speed Shop and debuting at SEMA 2016 is certainly among the finest Ram builds
we've seen. Obviously, the most significant upgrade to the car has been the
installation of the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine used by the Challenger and
Charger Hellcat twins.
Even though the engine
typically delivers 707 hp, Dallas Speed Shop didn't think that was enough and
bumped it up to 775 hp thanks to custom tuning and Kooks Long tube headers.
DSS has
installed its Hellfire Concept with a set of bespoke 22x11.5 inch Forgeline
wheels painted bright red and wrapped in Continental rubber. Other changes
include massive 8-piston calipers at the front and 4-piston stompers at the
rear clamping down on carbon ceramic brake discs. There's also a carbon fiber
front splitter, carbon adjustable rear wing, prominent canards and flared wheel
arches
The car will be revealed
in full on November 1 live at SEMA.
