Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) 003 Stradale

This is the road-going SCG 003S variant, which will debut at next year’s Geneva Motor Show.

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) has revealed new images of the upcoming vehicle, stating that SCG003S promises to be the fastest-cornering car on sale, thanks to its advanced aerodynamic tech that will help it generate more than 2Gs through corners.

Even though the “S” in its name stands for “Stradale”, the SCG003S is a direct descendant of the car that won the Nurburgring 24-hour race (in its class), so it’s far from being a tamed machine. To give you an idea what Glickenhaus is on about, the Koenigsegg One:1 pulled a maximum 1.72 G’s at 180 km/h in one of Suzuka’s corners.

Glickenhaus' passion for the old Italian racing car culture becomes evident when you take a closer look at his business. His team is actually a “Scuderia”, the cars raced by SCG are “Competizione” variants, and he even raced a one-off, coachbuild P4/5 by Pininfarina.

Even the new SCG003S will respect traditions, as it will be hand-built in Italy by Manifattura Automobili Torino, using extensive carbon-fiber. Moreover, the automobile will draw its might from a 4.4-litre, twin turbo engine, capable of boasting 750 hp – enough to push it beyond 350 km/h and from 0 to 100 km/h in less than three seconds.

Naturally, a high degree of customization and personalization will be available for the car, which will be produced in limited numbers form the middle of next year.
