2017 Infiniti QX80

Infiniti has released the 2017 QX80. Available in three flavors (QX80, QX80 4WD, and QX80 4WD Limited), the brand's flagship SUV carries a starting price of US$ 63,850, without destination and handling, for the most basic version, and, besides the Mocha Almond color, which is available on all models, benefits from several new features.

These include the Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, which have been added on the Driver Assistance Package, and enhanced towing capacity, of up to 3,856 kg when properly equipped, thanks to the Trailer Sway Control, added to all models. It can also be specified with Wi-Fi, available in conjunction with the Theater Package.

The 20-inch aluminum wheels are also offered at no additional cost, along with self-leveling suspension, power liftgate, and LED headlights with integrated LED fog lights. Head for the range-topping model and you will have to pay an MSRP of US$ 89,450, but this version adds 22-inch alloy wheels, dark chrome trim, stainless steel running board caps, under running board welcome light and tinted headlights and taillights inner lens. It can also be had in several exclusive exterior colors that join an extensive list of comfort, convenience, and driving aid features.

All versions of the 2017 Infiniti QX80 use a 400 horsepower 5.6-liter V8 mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission with Adaptive Shift Control, and manual shift mode with Downshift Rev-Matching. The 4WD variants benefit from the All-Mode 4WRD with computer-controlled transfer case and three selectable settings (Auto, 4H and 4L).
