2017 Renault Zoe (UK)

The updated Renault Zoe is now available for order in the United Kingdom, with deliveries set to commence in January.

With a starting price of £ 13,995 (US$ 17,058) after the Plug-in Car Grant, the zero-emissions vehicle now benefits from a new 40 kW battery option, which joins the 22 kW and provides a NEDC driving range of 402 km. However, Renault estimates that, depending on the outside temperature, the Zoe Z.E. 40 can be driven for anywhere between 186 and 124 miles (300-200 km).

The larger battery option is available on the Dynamique, which costs £ 17,845 (US$ 21,750), and on the all-new Signature grade, priced from £ 19,895 (US$ 24,249). The most expensive model comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, heated front seats, driver's seat lumbar adjustment, premium Bose audio system, and rearview camera.

The 2017 Renault Zoe has standard R-Link2 infotainment system, which works together with a 7-inch touchscreen, TomTom sat-nav, Bluetooth, cruise control with speed limiter, and climate control. Head for the Dynamique and this will add 16-inch alloy wheels, hands-free keycard, automatic headlights and wipers, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear lever and others.

The 2017 Zoe can be acquired in two ways, either by leasing the battery on a monthly basis, meaning that the car will kick off at £ 13,995 (US$ 17,058), or by purchasing it outright, from £ 18,995 (US$ 23,152) in the entry-level grade, and up to £ 26,245 (US$ 31,989) for the top-of-the-line.
