Arrinera Hussarya GT
As unlikely a
location as it may seem, that's where Arrinera and its Hussarya come from. The racing-spec Hussarya GT is not without its share of British heritage.
Though designed in Poland by a Polish company, the
vehicle is being built in the UK in Cambridgeshire – just east of Jaguar's
historic home in Coventry.
The Arrinera Hussarya is built around a modular
steel spaceframe chassis, with a 7.0-liter LS7 V8 sourced from GM and mated to
a Hewland six-speed sequential gearbox. The final power output will depend on
the specification and ranges between 420 hp to 650 hp. Pictured above at
Brooklands is the racing version, which has
now been confirmed to be joined by a street-legal, track-focused version as
well.
According to the company, the race GT3-spec version
of the Hussarya GT will make its competition debut in 2017, with the road-legal
version to follow on a later date.
