BMW HP4 Race
BMW Motorrad caught our attention more than production models shown in EICMA, is the future
prototype pictured here.
Dubbed the HP4 Race, the concept motorcycle is
envisions Munich's next flagship sport bike built extensively out of carbon
fiber. The entire frame is made from carbon, as are the wheels.
Further details won't be released until the spring,
but we can expect a 1000 cc inline-four kicking out a good 200 horsepower,
top-shelf components, and a price tag to match.
What's more is that it's destined for production,
however limited, in the second half of next year. So fans of the Bavarian
motorcycle manufacturer can look forward to something even more extreme and
lighter than the current S 1000 RR.
