Honda WR-V
Honda has unveiled the WR-V at the
Sao Paulo Motor Show, a vehicle which the brand plans to
launch exclusively in South America next year.
The model's name is an acronym for 'Winsome Runabout
Vehicle' and Honda says it offers both “excellent utility and a spacious cabin
within a compact body size”.
Few details have been provided about the model other
than the fact that it is being pitched to customers who enjoy active lifestyles
and recreational activities.
The design of the WR-V is the only real talking
point at the moment. The initial display car in finished in an
intriguing shade of maroon which helps to accentuate many of the model's sharp
styling cues, such as its angular front end and eye-catching lines along the
sides.
As with many utility vehicles already on the market,
the WR-V also includes some black exterior elements, including the front and
rear wheel arches, side skirts and the front lip.
The introduction of this all-new WR-V is a testament to Honda’s
commitment to the South American market.
