New Honda CBR650F and CB650F
At 2016 EICMA, Honda has
displayed an updated models of Honda CBR650F and CB650F.
Honda CBR650F is
being presented in four color options to include Millenium Red Pearl Metalloid
White Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic Sword Silver Metallic. It gets powered by a EURO4 compliant 649 cc, four
cylinder, liquid cooled engine offering 89.85 bhp power and 64 Nm torque. Fuel
tank has the capacity of 17.3 liters while consumption stands at 59.3 mpg.
Visual updates include a new Nissin brake caliper
offering enhanced braking facility and Showa Dual Bending Valve front fork
along with LED head and tail lamps. Weighing a total of 213 kgs, the Honda
CBR650F has a seat height of 810 mm and Cast aluminum 6 spoke wheels shod in
120/70-17 and 180/55-17 tyres.
The naked Honda CB650F weighs less than the CBR650F
at 208 kgs and receives all the features and engine specifications along with
suspension upgrades as seen on the CBR650F. It is just the lack of fairings and
clip ons that differentiate the two models. Riding position on the CB650F has
also been changed as the rider sits further forward.
No prices of these two models have been revealed and
could be disclosed closer to launch dates.
