Volvo V90 Cross Country
The very first photos of the brand new Volvo V90 Cross Country, seen here on a parking lot
close to the exhibition hall of the L.A. Auto Show that starts on Friday. Also
on Friday the start of the Guangzhou Auto Show in China where the Cross
Country will be shown as well.
There will be two cars on the Volvo booth in Los
Angeles: a stealthy matte gray example and a white car.
The Volvo
V90 Cross Country is based on the V90 wagon. Ride height is up a bit and it got
the usual black plastic over the wheel arches and doors. The minimum ground
clearance is up to 218 mm.
Engines will be the same as in the regular V90.
Launch on the Chinese car market is expected for the first quarter of 2017. The
V90 and V90 Cross Country will be imported into China unlike the long-wheelbase S90
sedan which is made locally.
