2017 SYM Sport Rider 125i
SYM Malaysia have launched their latest cub at St.Giles Wembley Hotel, Georgetown, Penang, namely SYM 125i Sport Rider.
This motorcycle was the first motorcycle from SYM 125 cc category equipped with
fuel injection system (fuel injection).
SYM has chosen Malaysia to launch their latest
release motor. The "super extreme" package comes with a
modern design and also 123 cc engine fuel injection system. It promises high
performance and also economically worthwhile.
SYM 125i Sport Rider has two valve SOHC engine that
can generate 9.5 Hp at 8000 rpm and 10.8 Nm torque at 5500 rpm. This bike also comply
with the Euro 3 emission standards. This engine is capable of transferring all
the horsepower to the rear wheels through a 4-speed gearbox.
The design-style of 'superbike' or 'naked bike' clearly
visible on the top side, exhaust and even 'fender' can also be seen in the back
of the SYM 125i Sport Rider's. LCD digital meters are also included in this
cub quite stylish as well as easy to read. The considerable oil tank of 4.2 liters.
LED front and rear lights are included to add
security features to ensure that the motor can be seen easily even from a far
distance. SYM also provide separate seating for both rider and passenger safety
features, not only safe, but also comfortable to ride.
According to the given specifications, disc brakes applied in front and drum in rear to stop the 107 kg bike with ease. Telescopic type front suspension and rear swing arms provide
stability when riding on the road.
The price for the 125 cc moped is RM 5,777 (base
price with GST). There are 3 types of available colors namely Red, Blue and
Yellow. Also offers SYM SYM 125i SE Sport Rider with special color Matt Gray
with RM 5,904.20 price (base price with GST).
SYM also offers an extended warranty of 3 years or
30,000 km and also 1 year or 10,000 km warranty for engines. Rider SYM 125i Sport and SE models also available through
distributors nationwide from SYM in September this year.
