HGP Turbonachrüstung GmbH from Ohmden has been taking care of the latest Audi TTS and the
S3 Sportback in the last few weeks and is pushing both cars with the
standard 310 Hp and 380 Nm torque to 480 Hp and 610 Nm.
In the TTS, this means that it can only go from
0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, and broken
through the 200 km/h wall in under 11 seconds (10.8 seconds). HGP also
provides exactly the same acceleration values for the 2016/2017 Audi A3 S3
Sportback, including the 7-Speed DSG DQ-381 transmission. Also the A3
received a performance increase on 480 Hp & 615 Nm torque. For both vehicles,
a maximum speed of 300 km/h applies, which also means that the electronic
lock was removed at 250 km/h.
The changes are not known so far, but besides the
modifications on the engine, a reinforced DSG clutch and an adapted
transmission software were used. With regard to the upcoming year, Golf 7R
Facelift is particularly the subject of gear an interesting point. Even the
Wolfsburg will be launched with the new DQ381 transmission at the beginning of
2017.
