MINI is displaying the MINI
Cooper S Seven Edition at the 2016 Thai Motor Expo. The Seven Edition celebrates the first ever Mini, the Austin Seven, which
launched in 1959.
The MINI Cooper S Seven Edition
is available in 3- and 5-door forms. The Cooper S Seven Edition 3-door seen in
the images sports Lapisluxury Blue body colour inspired by ultramarine pigments
found within the Lapis Lazuli semiprecious stone. Besides that, it’s instantly
recognised with 18-inch MINI Yours Vanity Spoke light alloy wheels, exclusive
side scuttles and the roof and door mirrors in Melting Silver.
Inside, the MINI Cooper S Seven
Edition features ‘Seven’ lettering on the ring around the MINI Centre
Instrument, Malt Brown-finished armrests in the doors and cockpit knee roll
below the decorative surface, and decorative trims and door ellipses come in
stylish Piano Black.
The MINI Cooper S Seven Edition
is powered by the 2.0-litre MINI TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder Gasohol 95
engine that develops 192 hp at 4,700-6,000 rpm and 280 Nm of torque at
1,250 rpm. The engine is mated to the 6-speed Steptronic automatic
transmission. The Cooper S Seven Edition 3-door can reach from 0-100 km/h in
6.7 seconds and go further up to a maximum speed of 233 km/h. It is priced at
2,890,000 Baht.
