Triumph Bobber (U.K)
Triumph unveiled the
Triumph Bobber in October 2016. The British bike manufacturer has now
unveiled the Bobber’s prices for the U.K market, which starts from 10,500 Pounds.
Based on the Bonneville T120, the Triumph Bobber has a clean
design. With minimal bodywork, the bike gets a wide handlebar, single seat and
a rounded headlamp. The bike also gets a new tubular steel cradle frame and a
KYB suspension in the rear.
The Triumph Bobber is shod with a 19 inch wheel up front (100
section) and a 16 inch in the rear (150 section). The powertrain is the same
1,200 cc High Torque engine which has been retuned for the Bobber. The torque
and power availability in the low rev range has been increased. The floating
seat gets first in segment adjustability, allowing movement both forward and
backwards. The peashooter exhaust is a new unit.
The fuel tank is a small 9.1 litre unit. The liquid cooled engine
is also coupled with ride by wire system, two riding modes (rain and rain),
switchable traction control, torque assist clutch and an engine immobiliser.
