This is the production version of the
new MG ZS SUV, look clean with silver paint job. The ZS debuted as concept car on the
Guangzhou Auto Show, the production car will be launched on the Chinese car
market in April.
There will be two engines available: a 1.5-liter with
120 Hp and 150 Nm mated to a six-speed automatic or a six-speed manual, and a
brand new 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo with 125 Hp and 170 Nm mated to a six-speed automatic or a six-speed DCT. The ZS is front-wheel
drive only.
Dimension Size is 4303/1814/1630 mm and wheelbase is 2585 mm. Price is expected to range from around 80.000 to
120.000 yuan. The MG brand, with its sister brand Roewe, is owned by the Shanghai Auto
Industry Corporation (SAIC).
Best photos of the interior so far; round air vents,
floor mats with a racy red edge, leather on the dash, amd a piano black center
tunnel and stack. This is the version with the automatic. Touch screen seems to
be 10-incher. Very few buttons so the infotainment system will take care of
most functionalities, except the aircon.
