It was reported last month that the facelifted
Nissan Terrano will launch in March 2017. While there is no sign of the vehicle
or test mule sightings, automotive illustrator Shoeb Kalania has created a
purely imaginative rendering to preview the 2017 Nissan Terrano.
Shoeb envisions the 2017 Nissan Terrano with
headlamps featuring LED signature lights, revised upper grille and lower
grille, modified bumper, new design foglamps and skid plate. On the sides, the
facelifted Nissan Terrano could have new design alloy wheels, while at the
rear, tweaked taillamps, restyled bumper and new skid plate could be the key
changes.
Inside, the new Nissan Terrano may get new
trim and upholstery, new touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
Besides, that there could be some revisions to the equipment line-up.
The Nissan Terrano’s engine options should remain
unchanged post facelift. The current model is offered with a 1.6-litre petrol
engine that produces 104 PS and 145 Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
The latter is available in two specifications: 85 PS and 200 Nm and 110 PS and
248 Nm. Besides, the current 5-speed manual and 6-speed manual transmission
choices, an AMT option is also available, that came in last October.
