Bajaj Auto has launched the Bajaj Dominar 400 in
Nepal. The bike is priced at NPR 70,000 more than the Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
At the heart of the Bajaj Dominar 400 is a 373.3 cc
triple spark mill, 4-valve, liquid-cooled mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox.
The fuel injected engine is capable of producing 35 PS of maximum power at
8,000 rpm and 35 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine just shares the
block with the KTM Duke 390’s mill while the rest of the setup has been
developed by Bajaj.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 gets features like LED
headlamps, slipper clutch and optional dual channel ABS. The bike is suspended
over twin 43 mm telescopic forks up front and a multi-step adjustable monoshock
in the rear.
The bike has a kerb weight of 182 kg and has a fuel
tank of 13-litre. The Bajaj Dominar 400 measures 2,156 mm in length, 813 mm in
width and 1,112 mm in width and the ground clearance is a handsome 157 mm.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 has been priced at NPR 469,900
in Nepal.
