AutosArena has managed to acquire brochure scans of the Renault Kwid Climber ahead of its launch in the coming weeks. Dealer training for the Climber edition has already commenced.

The brochure scans offer a first look at the production-spec Renault Kwid, featuring an exclusive electric blue exterior colour with orange ORVM caps, bumper accents and roof rails. The bumper has been slightly redesigned to include bolder plastic garnish around the foglamps and a silver skid plate.

Visual side, the Kwid Climber has a thicker black plastic cladding across the doors, exclusive multi-spoke alloy wheels and a Climber badge on the front door. The rear-end hasn’t been revealed, but it could feature a silver bumper garnish similar to the front bumper. Inside, the Kwid Climber has orange accents around the gloss black centre console, gear knob, door cards and seat bolsters, as well as Climber branding on the headrests.

The Kwid Climber is based on the Kwid 1L variant, powered by the unchanged 1.0-litre SCe three-cylinder petrol engine that develops 68 PS at 5,500 rpm and 91 Nm of torque at 4,250 rpm. Power goes to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox.
