The Maruti (Suzuki) Ignis is sold as a hatchback in
India, but for other markets, it’s a mini crossover. Taking the all-road
character of the car and supersizing it, Indonesian digital modifier Raditya
Brahmanah has created an Ignis ready for rough terrains.
The modified Maruti Ignis has its original bumper
replaced by an off-road bumper with integrated fog lamps and towing
accessories. The 6-slot vertical grille is borrowed from the Suzuki Jimny. There are chunky off-roading tyres, grey fenders, rocker panel
guards and black ORVMs. At the rear, only a roof spoiler is visible. Lastly,
the modified Ignis also features an air snorkel during deep water wading and
roof rails up top.
The Maruti Ignis isn’t offered with off-road
treatment but is available with a variety of personalisation accessories like
roof wraps, roof spoilers, fog lamp garnishes, front grille decals, body side
mouldings, glass line spoiler, rear bumper garnish and crossbars.
