The very first photos of the all new Chery Tiggo 5 SUV for China, the successor of
the current Tiggo 5.
It is the first car with
Chery’s new design language and it certainly looks daring, much more exciting
than the current Tiggo 5. The new 5 will debut on the Shanghai Auto Show and launch on the Chinese
car market later this year.
The new Tiggo 5 will continue to use this very same
engine from the current, but it is rated at only 148 hp, four horses less than the outgoing car.
Price range will be about the same. Dimension size will be 4338/1830/1645 mm, and wheelbase is 2630 mm.
It is great to see that Chery is finally moving to
more daring and exciting design. But the Tiggo 5 could use a
newer engine.
