Delhi-based TNT Motorcycles have modified a Royal
Enfield Continental GT to emerge as a modern-day café racer. The bike gets
several custom parts along with new tyres.
The Royal Enfield Continental GT Grey Hound gets a
custom headlamp fascia, inverted fork up front (possibly borrowed from a KTM)
and new side panels. The rear Paioli shocks seen in the stock motorcycle have
been replaced with a monoshock. The new suspension system has also helped in
increasing the ground clearance of the motorcycle.
The registration plate has been moved to the side of
the motorcycle while the rear seat scoop stores the tool kit. The fuel tank in
the Royal Enfield Continental GT has been custom hand crafted and the engine is
protected by a bash plate. The front mudguard is smaller than the stock unit.
The Royal Enfield Continental GT Grey hound also
gets a new custom exhaust kit. Powering the stock bike is a 535 cc mill is
coupled to a 5-speed gearbox and is capable of producing 29.1 bhp of maximum
power and 44 Nm of peak torque.
The Royal Enfield Continental GT is also expected to
house the upcoming 750 cc twin-cylinder mill.
