The BMW M4 GTS comes with 19-inch wheels at the
front and 20-inch ones at the rear as standard, but this combo is not available
as a factory upgrade to owners of the regular M3 and M4.
G-Power saw an opportunity here and grabbed
it, by making a set of 20-/21-inch rims, from 6061 grade aluminum, a material
mostly used in the aerospace industry for its combination of low weight and
high strength, and made it fit the aforementioned models. In turn, when
equipped with their new aftermarket rims, the cars' straight-line performance
is said to be enhanced, with less rotating mass to accelerate and brake.
Named the G-Power Hurricane RR Forged, these wheels
are the lightest and strongest in the tuner's history, and tip the scales at
11.4 kg each.
While the tuner isn’t offering a new power upgrade
in combination with these rims, customers can still choose from the already
available output enhancements, boosting total power to 680 PS.
