The frame is a single piece unit, and the triangular swingarm is a clear reminder of the Monster 696 from 2008. The fuel tank has a characteristic Monster lineage and can store 16.5-litre of petrol.

The Ducati Monster 797 is suspended over upside down 43 mm Kayaba fork and a Sachs monoshock with adjustable preload and damping. Colour options include Ducati Red, Star White Silk and Dark Stealth. The Ducati Monster 797 has been priced at an introductory INR 7.77 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Ducati Multistrada 950 is powered by a 937 cc Testastretta 11-degree mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox capable of producing 113 PS of maximum power at 9,000 rpm and 96.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,750 rpm. The bike gets four riding modes (Sport, Touring, Urban and Enduro). Brakes are Brembo M4 32 calipers in the front biting over dual 320 mm discs. The rear brake gets a 245 mm disc with a floating caliper.

Ducati also offers Ducati Traction Control (8 levels) and 3 level ABS by Bosch as standard in the bike.
