FAW has launched the facelift for the D60 SUV in
China. The small crossover SUV have become visually more appealing with a
significantly changed front end which deploys newly designed headlights, front
bumper with embedded LEDs, and radiator grille with a chrome trim connecting to
the headlights. The lower part of rear bumper has been redesigned while
roof-rails have also been added.
The D60 SUV is available with either a 1.5 liter
(113 hp) engine or a 1.8 liter (139 hp) engine both mated to either a 5-speed
manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Standard equipment include Driver &
Passenger Airbags, ABS with EBD & Brake Assist, front & rear fog
lights, multi-function tilt/ slide steering wheel, central locking with remote,
air conditioning, power windows, power mirrors, 16” alloy wheels, 4 speakers,
Mp3/ USB/ Aux connectivity and rear windshield wiper etc.
Deluxe trims include parking sensors, ESC vehicle
stability, TCS traction control, HSA hill-start assist, 6 speakers, engine start/
stop button, while top of the line version also gets side airbags, TPMS tire
pressure monitoring system, auto-retract side mirrors, leather steering wheel,
driver seat height adjustment, multimedia system with 7 inch touch screen, GPS
navigation etc.
In China the FAW D60 facelift is priced between RMB
56,900 up to RMB 99,900.
