It might take a while until tuners release upgrades for the new Volkswagen Arteon, but until then, we can imagine what is to come with virtual efforts such as this one.

Created by Zoki Nanco on Behance, the renders show the CC's more upscale successor with beefier bumpers on both ends, new wheel and tire combos, and a slammed suspension that brings the entire ride closer to the ground.

The 'R' badge has been kept on the grille, which means that the car we're looking at here is the Arteon R-Line, a version that focuses on sportiness, with tweaks made to the front and rear fascias that add a more dramatic flair over the other variants.

Making the car complete would be a more powerful engine, and the 2.0-liter turbo'd four-pot that sits under the hood of the facelifted Golf R would be a good candidate, topping the Arteon's current range-topping 2.0-liter TDI diesel, rated at 240 PS. After all, it does make 310 PS and 400 Nm of torque, allowing the hot hatch to reach 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds.
