O.CT Tuning GmbH (Lustenau,
Vorarlberg, Austria) sends the current VW Golf VII Clubsport S into a new
league. The guys have a closer look at the Golf VII Clubsport S, which has
already been modified by the VW sports department, and have thought that a lot
more can be achieved here.
After having thoroughly tested and tested the engine
on the engine test stand, you quickly thought that the VW EA888 - 2.0 TSI
four-cylinder (CJXG) still has a lot of potential to offer. It has worked out 2
stages ending in brachiale 370 PS at the front axle. The clubport S from O.CT
has as much power as the competition from the company ABT Sportsline.
In order to get the whole thing on the road, various
changes are made to the torque limitation on vehicles with DSG transmissions.
Also an adaptation of the rotational speed, a shifting of the switching times,
an improvement of the reaction times, an optimization of the Launch Control and
a modified gear shifting process came about in electronic fashion (new software).
To ensure that the four-cylinder is always well cooled, O.CT Tuning optionally
adds an oil cooler kit that ensures that the temperature of the oil is lowered
by up to 20 degrees.
