This is the Chery Arrizo 5e, a new #electric sedan
from China. It will be launched on the Chinese car market tomorrow for US$ 21,300
after green-car subsidies.
The electric motor has an output of 122 hp and 276
Nm. Chery claims a range of 410 kilometers and a NEDC range of 351 kilometers.
Zero to 100 is gone in a decent 10.8 seconds and top speed is 150 km/h.
The Arrizo 5e is based on the petrol-powered Arrizo
5. Looks are unchanged and rightly so; the Arrizo 5 is one of the best looking
Chinese-brand sedans on the market today. The interior is unchanged as well,
bar for the drive-selector dial that replaces the gear lever.
