Here we have the Dongfeng Fengsxing Lingzhi M5 EV, a
new nine-seat electric minivan for the Chinese car market.
Fengxing is a brand under Dongfeng Motor, one of the
largest automotive conglomerates in China. Lingzhi M5 EV is the vehicle's
name.
Power comes from an electric motor with 108 hp and
450 Nm, good for a 120 km/h top speed and a range of 200 kilometers. A full
fast charge takes one hour, a full charge on 220 volt takes 8.
The Lingzhi M5 EV is primarily aimed at taxi and
transport companies. It will be launched in October for about US$ 20,000 after
green-car subsidies.
