Lexus has a special edition for the 2017 Chengdu Motor Show that opens tomorrow – the Lexus LX 570 Superior. A day ahead of its debut, the LX 570 was spotted on Chinese roads, courtesy xcar.com.cn.

Lexus introduced the Lexus LX 570 Superior in Russia last month, and the next launch market is China. The special edition features a host of styling enhancements over the standard model. The eye-catching element of the Lexus LX 570 Superior is its distinctive radiator grille painted black. It appears to have a dark chrome border. The specially designed front and rear bumpers complement the sporty styling. Going with the colour of the radiator grille, the horizontal slats in the lower front bumper and most of the lower rear bumper and the ORVMs are in black. The two-tone alloy wheels match the contrast theme.

On the inside, this Lexus LX 570 Superior probably has the ‘Sun Flare Brown’ colour scheme. Under the hood, the Superior has the regular 5.7-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces 367 hp and 530 Nm of torque and is matched to an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Lexus is yet to announce product details and pricing of the LX 570 Superior for China. The 2017 Chengdu Motor Show will stage the local launch of the special edition.
