The Mazda MX-5-based Fiat 124 Spider will be sold in
three trim levels of 2018, including the performance-oriented Abarth variant.
For 2018MY, customers will be able to
choose between the 124 Spider Classica, the 124 Spider Lusso and the
aforementioned 124 Spider Abarth. The first of those three comes standard with
16-inch alloy wheels, halogen headlights, LED taillights, dual-tip exhaust,
black roll bar and soft-touch materials on the instrument panel.
Those looking for a little more can move up to the
Lusso trim level. It builds on the Classica and adds 17-inch wheels, dual-tip
chrome exhaust, silver roll bar, heated leather seats and a number of Piano
Black accents. As for the Abarth, it is adorned in mechanical modifications
like Bilstein front and rear suspension, a limited-slip differential, front
struct tower bar, quad-tip exhaust, 17-inch Gunmetal aluminium wheels and can
be optioned with Brembo brakes and Recaro seats.
In total, there are eight colors on offer for 2018,
including three new inclusions; Puro Bianco Perla, Grigio Chiaro and Blu Scuro.
