The deliveries of the limited edition Ducati Diavel
Diesel have begun in India. The bike was launched in the country in March, this
year. Ducati Design Centre in Italy has collaborated with Andrea Rosso,
Creative Director of premium casual wear brand Diesel Licensing to create this
unique motorcycle.
The limited edition Ducati Diavel Diesel will set
you back by INR 21,72,000, ex-showroom India. The bike builder from Bologna has
produced only 666 units of the Diavel Diesel globally.
The distinguishing features of the Ducati Diavel
Diesel include hand-brushed stainless steel superstructure. It gets
deliberately visible welding and rivets for rugged looks. The air intake covers
are red, and so are the Brembo front brake callipers, five chain links and the
LCD dashboard. The pipes on the Ducati Diavel Diesel’s exhaust system feature
black Zircotec ceramic coating and black silencers with machined ends, on which
there is a new pyramid motif.
Powering this power cruiser is a 1198.4 cc
Testastretta L-twin mill. The engine with a 6-speed transmission with slipper
clutch punches out 152 PS of power at 9,000 rpm; and 123 Nm of torque at 8,000
rpm. The front end features fully adjustable Marzocchi upside-down fork and
fully adjustable rear Sachs monoshock. For anchorage, the bike uses dual 320 mm
front and a single 265 mm rear disc.
Electronics package includes Riding Modes, Power
Modes, Ducati Safety Pack (Bosch ABS + Ducati Traction Control). The motorcycle
is available at Ducati dealerships in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune,
Ahmedabad, Kochi and Kolkata. Ducati India has also launched special festive
season offers on select motorcycles including exclusive finance schemes,
exchange offers and apparel and accessory benefits of up to INR 1,00,000 for a
limited period.
