Porsche is displaying the third-gen Porsche Cayenne
at the 2017 Thai Motor Expo. The redesigned Porsche Cayenne is now available to
order in Thailand.
The third generation Porsche Cayenne is available in
three variants: Cayenne, Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo. The display model in the
images from the motor show is the 2018 Porsche Cayenne S. The 2018 Porsche
Cayenne S is 4,918 mm long, 1,983 mm wide and 1,696 mm tall. It has a 2,895 mm
wheelbase. The Porsche Active Suspension Management damper system is standard
in the Cayenne S.
A 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine drives the
2018 Porsche Cayenne S. This engine produces 440 PS from 1,800-5,500 rpm and
550 Nm of torque from 5,700-6,600 rpm. It is paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic S
automatic transmission. The Porsche Traction Management active AWD system
distributes the driving force between the front and rear axles. The Cayenne S
can reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 5.2 seconds. The optional Sport Chrono
Package reduces this time to 4.9 seconds. Porsche claims a top speed of 265
km/h.

Porsche Cayenne S.
