Maruti Suzuki launched the Maruti Swift Limited
Edition towards the end of last month. Here are its live images from a
dealership, courtesy Autobics. With the next-gen Maruti Swift’s launch around the
corner, Maruti Suzuki has started clearing inventory of the current model.
The
limited-edition Maruti Swift’s launch is probably for the same reason. The
display model is in the Pearl Arctic White colour and features decals in blue
and grey on the bonnet, the sides and the roof. Inside, blue highlights on the
sporty steering cover and the exclusive seat covers add to the car’s sporty
styling. In addition, Maruti Suzuki also throws in Sony touchscreen
infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Maruti Swift Limited Edition is available in
petrol and diesel engine models. The 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 84.3
PS and 115 Nm of torque. The 1.3-litre diesel engine develops 75 PS and 190 Nm
of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard. The Swift Limited Edition
has a fuel economy rating of 20.4 km/l (petrol)/25.2 km/l (diesel).
The Maruti Swift Limited Edition costs INR 5,44,793
(ex-showroom Delhi) in the petrol engine model and INR 6,39,662 (ex-showroom
Delhi) in the diesel engine model.
