Just when you thought the 991.2-generation Porsche 911 GT3 couldn’t get any more impressive, Vorsteiner has just released images of an example it has laid its hands upon.

This particular GT3 left the factory painted in Carmine Red and has since been outfitted with a Vorsteiner carbon fiber hood that bares a close resemblance to what you’ll find on the GT2 RS. Additionally, the tuner has fitted a set of carbon fiber wing mirrors and carbon accents on the A-pillars.

Completing the modifications made are a set of gloss black Vorsteiner 20-inch wheels and an aftermarket exhaust from GMG Racing.

Powering the latest GT3 is a 4.0-liter naturally-aspirated flat-six derived from the unit used in the 911 GT3 R and the 911 RSR racer. It delivers 500 hp and 338 lb-ft and, unlike its predecessor that was PDK-only, can be paired to a six-speed manual transmission for the purists that prefer that extra bit of driver involvement.
