Audi has taken the wraps off the new RS6 Avant Performance Nogaro Edition. Based on the RS6 Avant Performance, the Nogaro Edition is described as an even more exclusive model as it features a unique blue exterior that pays tribute to the 1994 Audi RS2 which was the first RS model ever created. The car has also been equipped with a gloss black optics package, a titanium exhaust system, and 21-inch wheels with a polished black finish.

The unique styling continues in the cabin as the car has blue Alcantara upholstery on the seats, door panels, and knee pads. Designers also installed a black Alcantara headliner, blue contrast stitching, and special floor mats with blue piping. Last but not least, there’s carbon fiber trim with “Nogaro Edition” badging.

The blue interior accents are certainly eye-catching but Audi is aware that some owners might consider them a bit tacky. As a result, the company will offer a Nogaro Edition black which replaces the blue Alcantara upholstery with more subtle black Alcantara accents.

A twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine resides under the hood and produces 605 PS and 750 Nm of torque. It enables the all-wheel drive wagon to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds before hitting a limited top speed of up to 305 km/h.

Also, Audi has partnered with ABT Sportsline to offer a more extreme variant which has 705 PS and 880 Nm torque. Thanks to the extra power, the car can hit a top speed of 320 km/h.

Production will be limited to 150 units and German pricing starts at € 124,200 (US$ 155,135).
