Mercedes-Benz has launched various upgrades for the
Vito family that improve its looks and add extra equipment. Available for the
Panel Van, Mixto, and Tourer, in the 2.8t, 3.05t, and 3.1t weight variants, the
Sport Line special package costs between € 2,500 and € 4,100 (US$ 3,113-Us$ 5,105) in
Germany, depending on the selected version, and will go on sale across Europe
this month.
Enhancing its exterior appearance are the black
stripes applied to the bonnet and doors, different side skirts and bumpers,
chrome-plated radiator grille, roof railing and tinted windows. The Vito now
sits on 18-inch light alloy wheels, but 19-inch ones are available as an
option, alongside a large panoramic roof and all-wheel drive, whereas the sports
suspension completes its dynamic appearance.
The company hasn’t released any images with the
interior at the time of writing, but states that this is where users will find
black artificial leather, velour floor mats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel
and gearshift lever, in addition to the Chrome Appointments Package.
