Eimor Customs’ latest creation is a touring
friendly, tech-laden iteration of the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 called the
‘Black Buck’. The custom house has draped the Royal Enfield
Thunderbird 350 in matte black finish with red panelling.
The front and rear
fenders are custom, and the front end features an ornament as well. As an
upgrade to the suspension, they have used the front fork and the twin
gas-charged shock absorbers from the current-generation Thunderbird. The custom
solo seat is well-cushioned for long hours on the saddle. The riding position
is optimised for cruising down the highway with ease, and Eimor Customs claims
the handlebars are nimble to manoeuvre within city limits as well.
The crash guard gets fog-lamps, and the cockpit
features a custom four-pod instrument cluster with a waterproof music system.
The front fairing is made by clay moulding first, and then fibreglass moulding.
The motorcycle comes with a new 17-litre fuel tank. They have included
under-lighting and LED eagle eyes, with proper wiring for the electrical
system.
The exhaust looks like Moto Torque Shark performance
unit. The powertrain seems to be untouched, apart from the black treatment. The
19-inch front and the 15-inch rear spoke wheels are shod with 110-section front
and 140-section rear Ralco Speed Blaster tyres. Brakes include disc at the
front and drum at the rear.
