Skoda has revealed the Skoda Kodiaq L&K ahead of
its world premiere at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show next month. The L&K
equipment line is named after the company’s founders Laurin & Klement.
L&K is the new range-topping equipment line in
the Skoda Kodiaq range. On the outside, the Skoda Kodiaq L&K features a
chrome front grille, exclusive 19-inch Sirius alloy wheels, Laurin &
Klement badge on the front wheel arches and a modified rear bumper.
The Laurin
& Klement branding is used for the interior too. The instrument panel has
the Laurin & Klement badge on it and the infotainment system displays the
Laurin & Klement logo on the home screen.
Full-LED headlights, electrically adjustable
driver’s seat including memory function, aluminium pedals, door sills with
‘Kodiaq’ logo, ambient lighting, rain sensor, auto-dimming IRVM, textile floor
mats and Canton sound system are the equipment highlights of the Skoda Kodiaq
L&K.
The Skoda Kodiaq L&K debuts the Volkswagen
Group’s 150 PS 1.5-litre TSI petrol engine in the Skoda Kodiaq. Skoda is using
the L&K equipment line’s debut to introduce an upgraded, 190 PS version of
the 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine too.
