Tata Motors launched a special edition model called Tata Zest Premio last week to commemorate the sedan reaching the 85,000 sales milestone.

Tata Zest Premio has 13 new features over the regular Tata Zest. On the outside, it gets features like smoked headlamps, piano black hood strip, glossy black roof, piano black ORVMs, silver wheel covers, orange-coloured Premio special edition badge and a piano black boot lid garnish. A piano black rear spoiler is optional. The special edition model is available in the Titanium Grey and Platinum Silver (pictured) colours.

The dashboard of the Zest Premio gets a tan finish and new premium seat fabric with contrast stitching and Premio branding to match the tan mid pad. Under the hood, it has the 1.3-litre Quadrajet turbodiesel engine that develops 75 PS and 190 Nm of torque. This engine is coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Tata Zest Premio is now on sale across the country. Tata has priced the special edition model at INR 7.53 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The company is not offering the special edition with a petrol engine or AMT option.
